Stardust Lanes
The men of Lion & Eagle Christian Center went bowling tonight. And, as some of us had not bowled for a long time, we had to seek God’s help at times. Zack sent a ball down the gutter for it to leap from the gutter and strike a pin! Now that’s favor! Alan bowled like a professional and kept shrugging his shoulders at strike after strike. That was his way of showing compassion to the rest of us. Pastor Ron bowled a great game from his seat — choosing not to risk some recent surgery — but bought some games and we took turns to play his frames for him. Jacob accepted Zack’s challenge to bowl one of them in the style of Fred Flintstone….. to the great amusement of the people in the adjoining lanes and ourselves. We had a lot of fun and some good scores….especially Pastor Ron! As we left, the talk was of joining a league. Now that’s faith! The photo is of Josh showing great left-handed style.
