Eric is seen here addressing a small group of St. Michael’s Anglican Church in Bexhill. The redevelopment and reinvention of The Pelham as a community hub and resource center offering much-needed services in a deprived area of the city excites much interest and is an inspiration to many. Eric is very ready to come along and speak to any interested groups about the journey so far.
