Christ Our Confidence 2020
Christ came in love to redeem us; and through faith in Him and repentance, we are redeemed. We are reconciled to God. We are loved by a Love that is perfect and holy, above and beyond all other loves. God loves supremely and unconditionally. There’s nothing we can do to make Him love us more; and there’s nothing we can do that will cause Him to love us less. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
There is truly no condemnation for us in Christ Jesus—because we have been justified once-and-for-all by His blood. We are not justified by anything we do but solely by His blood. We are safe and secure in the Rock of all ages. His banner over us truly is LOVE. Nothing and no one can separate us from His Love, and no power can snatch us from His hand.
He came and gave Himself 100% for us, and He is always 100% for us– Provider, Healer, Shepherd, Refuge, Fortress and Deliverer.
Therefore, as His people, we have every reason to be totally assured and confident going into 2020 and this new decade.
Therefore, Happy New Year, everyone!
