This is a golden God-led opportunity that has come our way through a Spirit-filled realtor whom God has used before in similar fashion to establish 4 large churches in the city of Columbus Ohio. She was seeking God in relation to this church that was coming into her hands for sale, saw us in the Spirit, and called us with impeccable timing as we were also in earnest prayer asking God to open a door for us to have our own church and ministry facility. This is undeniably the door that God has opened to us.
The leaders of the selling church are convinced this is God’s leading and feel to offer us the route of a private deal rather than listing the property on the open market. However, we do need to be able to move quickly on it. The premises will suit us perfectly.
The asking price is $950,000. They would consider an offer of less. We need a minimum of $300,000 to get into the property and start things moving. We have been seeking God for $2M in order to purchase the property outright and remodel, re-equip and refurbish it.
We are seeking wealthy donors as we are not in a position to obtain and finance a loan and do not feel God wants us to incur a loan.
We are also seeking those who will intercede in earnest for us in prayer.
