The true message of Christmas is that God so loved us that He sent His Son to earth to show us the Way and to make the Way. Jesus’ followers were known as followers of the Way.
What way is that? The way to live heaven on earth; and the way back to right relationship with Him through faith in Jesus.
Man chose his own way – spiritual separation from God – and the world has suffered the “fallout” from his choice ever since. However, Jesus came that we may have life and have it to the FULL (John 10:10). He came preaching and demonstrating the Kingdom of God. He healed every sickness and disease. He performed miracles. He even brought the dead back to life. He taught the highest values and standards. He was full of grace and truth, full of love and wisdom. He lived a perfect life. He was, and is, the Son of God.
Through the miracles that he performed, Jesus demonstrated His power and authority over nature, pain, sickness, disease, and death. He triumphed over all the evil in the world! And through faith in Him, so can you!
Through faith in Jesus Christ, a person may become spiritually reborn and experience “Kingdom living,” even in this life (John 3:3), and thereafter eternal life in Heaven.
