From February 16, there will be Addiction Recovery and Support groups – one for men and one for women – at Columbia Heights United Methodist Church 775 Galloway Road Galloway Oh 43119 (corner of Galloway and Hall) Columbia Heights United Methodist Churchevery Thursday evening. The meetings start at 6 pm and aim to finish no later than 8:30 pm.

Discover God’s power through Jesus Christ to set addicts free – whether from drugs, alcohol, gambling, pornography, or whatever, and in any combination. Hear people share their stories and have your eyes opened to “the God of all hope” (Romans 15:13). If you know anyone who has a problem with addiction, bring them.

You need not be a Christian to attend what will be a safe and judgment-free environment of mutual encouragement, help and support. Support will also be accessible through the week.

The men’s group is part of the successful Champions Network of Refuge Ministries, a men’s ministry (http://therefugeohio.org). The church is providing the corresponding women’s group. Pastor Eric will be leading the men’s group and Pastor LaVonne will help in leading the women’s group.
